Got the sauce wrong on the gluten free sub and when tried to call to see if sauce used was gluten free, there was no reply. Unable to eat sub as very sensitive to gluten containing foods.

Disappointing as normally very happy with the service. Received one sub without sauce and the extra cheese was missing too. The other sub was also disappointing, we asked for extra pickles, which we didn’t get, the sub was dry and the bread was hard. Instead of a white macadamia cookie we received a bag of dry broken cookie bits. Not worth the £17 paid.

Order was incomplete, the cookies were missing, and I cannot get in contact with the store as the phone goes straight to voicemail. The order confirmation also said the good would be here by 17:40 but I received a text at 17: 56 saying it was only just on its way. Food then arrived at around 18:10. I wouldn't mind but the ETA wasn't even close to accurate. I'm more annoyed by the incomplete order and lack of communication with the store.
